WHAT: Tae Kwon Do is a Korean martial art that combines self-defense, sport, exercise, and philosophy.
It is an Olympic sport and One source has estimated that as of 2012, Tae Kwon Do is actively practiced in
123 countries with over 30 million practitioners!

WHO: Our instructor is the well-known 3rd degree black belt James Leite. He has close to 13 years of
experience teaching the martial arts to children of all ages. James recently has tried his hand in acting
and will be appearing in the upcoming blockbuster martial arts film starring Kevin James called “Here
Comes The Boom”.

WHEN: Classes are set for Tuesday and Thursday from 5:00p – 5:50p and 6:00p – 6:50p. Both classes
are for boys and girls ages 6yrs – 15yrs.

WHERE: Our Ultimate Tae Kwon Do program takes place at Ultimate Fitness Gym and Boxing Club in unit
