There is no comparison when comparing our group personal training programs to regular group aerobic classes. Our programs succeed where traditional aerobic classes fail. Here’s why…

Personal Attention – You will be known by your name in our gym. You will also receive plenty of one-on-one instruction, coaching, and motivation in our programs. There’s no hiding in the back in our training center.

Motivation – Working out in a group with motivated people creates an energetic atmosphere and pushes you to heights that you simply cannot reach on by yourself.

Expert Instruction – All of our instructors are EXPERTS in their respective fields.
