One of the advantages of owning a health club is dealing with so many people.

The thing they ALL have in common is that they GET TO THE GYM!
Simple right?!

#2 Group Training
Out of all the different forms of training it is my professional training that group training is the best.
For a bunch of reasons.
Motivation which was mentioned above.
Affordability. Especially when compared to personal training. In most cases you pay around $10 workout opposed to $60.
Accountability. You might not be accountable to yourself but you will be to your friends and peers.
Fun.
Energy. There’s no way you can reach the same energy level on your own. No way.
#3 Intervals
Listen if you’re not already incorporating intervals into your training then you need to start.
Interval training is the best way to drop fat and maintain/build muscle in the shortest amount of time.
The rest of the world is catching on.

#4 Total Body Training
To get the best bang for your buck you should be, for the most part, doing exercises that involve multiple body parts.
Movements that involve your whole body.
Just like a proper punch is your whole body. Head to toe.
Our specifically selected Fight Fit Bootcamp drills will do the same.

#5 Fun
Let’s face it.
If you’re not having fun with your workout routine you will end up quitting. Fact.
If you enjoy what you’re doing you will there’s a MUCH better chance that you’ll stick with it.
And consequently get the results that you’re looking for.
