BRISTOL, R.I. — ICON Boxing Club’s newest program “Fight Camp” includes interval exercises with new equipment at the gym’s facility. ICON offers four Fight Club classes per week. Classes occur Tuesday and Thursday 6:15-7 p.m. and 7:15- 8 p.m. Interval training is high-intensity exercises alternated with a short time of rest. These higher and lower intensity periods are repeated several times. …
